Project VisAbility

Project VisAbility supports and encourages all fitness facilities to offer group classes taught by capable, physically challenged instructors.

Augie's Quest/MDA

Augie's Quest, MDA's ALS research initiative, is an aggressive, cure-driven effort focused on finding treatments and cures for ALS.

MDA's ALS Division is the world leader among voluntary agencies in fighting ALS, offering the most comprehensive range of services, including a national network of clinics. MDA has dedicated more than $250 million to ALS research and services. MDA's Augie's Quest is solely dedicated to funding ALS research. In five years, more than $26 million has been raised by MDA's Augie's Quest. One hundred percent of all donations to MDA's Augie's Quest go directly to research. Challenged Athletes Foundation

Established in 1997, the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is a unique organization that recognizes the athletic greatness inherent in all people with physical challenges and supports their athletic endeavors by providing grants for training, competition and equipment needs. Founded in 1997 by cancer survivor and champion cyclist Lance Armstrong and based in Austin, Texas, LIVESTRONG fights for the 28 million people around the world living with cancer today. LIVESTRONG connects individuals to the support they need, leverages funding and resources to spur innovation and engages communities and leaders to drive social change.
