Dr. Karlie Intlekofer uses evidence-based practices to develop exercise programming and initiatives to support healthier daily habits. As a neuroscientist specializing in behavior and exercise science, she focuses on the benefits of exercise, nutrition and habit formation for brain health and well-being. Dr. Karlie Intlekofer earned her doctorate in Neuroscience and Behavior and bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Phil Campbell, MS, MA, FACHE, ACSM-CPT
A certified trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, Phil Campbell works with athletes to improve speed and agility. He also spent two decades of his career as a senior hospital administrator. His familiarity with the healthcare system and his access to renowned researchers and scientists enabled him to optimize the Sprint 8 workout to achieve maximum results.

As a brand ambassador, Muhr delivers on the Matrix total solutions promise by strengthening connections via motivational speaking engagements and creating expert content applicable to health club owners, trainers and members. In addition, Muhr consults with the development teams at Matrix to bring his coaching methodology and experience to our products and solutions.

Audrey is a holistic high-performance coach dedicated to helping executives, elite athletes, and teams optimize their energy, nutrition, and training for peak performance. With extensive experience in wellness education, program development and personalized coaching, she empowers high achievers to build sustainable habits that drive success in both their personal and professional lives. Audrey earned her PhD in Exercise and Sports Science and her master’s degree in Nutrition.
Dr. Michele Felisatti and Dr. Luca Pomidori
Kinesiologists and university lecturers, Michele Felisatti and Luca Pomidori have over twenty years of experience in the design and delivery of structured exercise programs, with a particular focus on individuals living with chronic diseases.
Professors at the University of Ferrara in the degree courses of Medicine and Surgery and Motor Sciences, they promote a scientific culture of exercise in both clinical and preventive contexts. In 2011, they founded Esercizio Vita Medical Fitness, recognized as a national best practice among Health Gyms, which welcomes more than 1,300 citizens every month with personalized adapted physical activity programs.
Speakers at numerous scientific and corporate conferences, authors of over 15 peer-reviewed publications and supervisors of more than 300 university theses, they have trained generations of professionals and contributed to the development of Medical Fitness as a therapeutic tool to improve quality of life.H
